Dictation software is really useful for those who have problems with fingers or hands, and that too much typing will harm their hands or fingers. I am just wondering does this software work good only for english or also other languages?

If it's not then the signatures that federal judges are using to sign their orders aren't legal. Actually, if you research it fully you'll find out that even an email signature can be a digital signature. An electronic signature (or digital, or whatever nomenclature you prefer) is accomplished by (1) intent, and (2) non-repudiability. A graphic signature accomplishes this.

True, adding the graphic to the Adobe signature is possible. And I've done that. The problem is that the true Adobe signature creates flags that scare people, and it involves additional administration. Not worth it in 99% of cases. Take it from someone who's tried to make it work.

GoDaddy is spammy and their user-interface is confusing and designed to upsell crap. The owner of the company has issues, and you can see those issues bleed over into how they do business. Cheaper isn't always better (although I always opt for cheaper unless I have better information). Hover has a cleaner interface, they don't spam you or hawk useless add-on services, and you get a live support person very quickly and easily. In short, their worth the extra money. Big time!

I don't think a picture of a signature is a legal signature. And I think adding the graphic signature to the adobe acrobat signature function would be easier than flattening the document and could create a legal signature.

Why do you recommend Hover.com? GoDaddy (the only domain register I can name off the top of my head) seems to be a bit cheaper.

Now-a-days, many businesses are still using paper documents for signing the contracts, NDAs, documents, etc by faxing back and forth, sending overnight envelopes, or scanning and emailing signature pages. RightSignature is a web-based software-as-a-service that utilizes the secure data infrastructure of Amazon Web Services that allows you to create and sign legally binding documents online. Now, sign the contracts in just minutes by using RightSignature service. Make the world green by trying RightSignature.

          This is a great idea for all lawyers to pursue. We use all digital records with our patent attorney. It has saved us a ton in mailing and the digital records are much easier to store and find.
         </blockquote>

Not to mention save paper and trees as well. I think that this method is brilliant since it saves both time and money. Using digital records such as this is all thanks to our modern technology.

i enjoy your directness. It is true; don't fool around with
the others, buy the Fujitsu Scansnap. I originally bought the M300, used it and enjoyed it for its efficiency and ease of use. Then with my need for more speed, I bought the M1500.
Lawyers need the ease and flexibility of the Adobe Acrobat Professional especially if you are going paperless. Spend the extra money and you will not look back.

The company's customer service is also excellent.

A number of years ago, I had an issue with a sheet-fed Fujitsu scanner. I called the company. After trying a few steps, to no avail, they sent me a brand new scanner via overnight, and asked me to package up the old one in the box and send it back. Who else would do that?
